Pathos

Frankenstein

  • This scene in the movie appeals to pathos from the reaction of the doctor finding out his creation is alive.
  • The Intended argument: at first the doctor thinks the monster doesn't come to life, but it soon later comes to life.
  • Real Argument: The monster comes to life.

Ted

  • Reactions from that characters in the scenes from the film, the viewers laugh at these actions.
  • Intended Argument: one of the girls pooped on the floor so they're showing different scenes about the poop on the floor.
  • Real Argument: There's poop on the floor that no one wants to clean.
